What I Do On Bad Days

I will begin by saying, Jesus is so awesome. When I have a bad day in my faith I do my very best to refocus myself and my day into a worship day.
I understand that we may have days where we struggle with ourselves. I am not saying that following Jesus is easy, because at times we do not know what to do when fiery trials come. For this reason, I thought I would share about what I do on those days which I call my ‘bad days’.
There was a profound truth I learned awhile back. It said, “You shouldn’t be subject to this life, but this life should be subject to you.” It’s so profound.
Why? First off, I don’t have to be afraid of anything I may have to face in life because I know that in Christ I conquer (Romans 8:37). I love to keep that kind of mindset at all times, but when the trials come I don’t always feel as confident. Though the feelings I want may not be there, I press into God’s truth instead of how I am feeling.
